These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BumiPay website and services provided by BumiPay, a Bumi company (“BumiPay”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

You may use BumiPay only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interfaces we provide.
2. Eligibility & accounts
Our services are intended for businesses operating in Malaysia. If you create an account or engage BumiPay, you are responsible for the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials.
3. Merchant obligations
Where you accept payments, issue receipts or e-Invoices through BumiPay, you remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for meeting your tax and regulatory obligations, including LHDN e-Invoicing requirements.
4. Intellectual property
All content, branding and software associated with BumiPay are owned by BumiPay or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.
5. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BumiPay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BumiPay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
